How to Apply
You can apply by filling the questionnaire below.
You will need the approval of your study director or department. After filling the learning agreement, at the end of the course, you will get the transcript of records and 3 ECTS.
Timeline
- The course is led by Sorbonne University following it's calendar year.
- Enrolment is open till the end of February.
- The course will start on the 1st of March, and finish at the end of May.

How many ECTS points are distributed by the course?Three ECTS points will be distributed at the end of the course to very students that successfully finishes the curriculum.

What is the main purpose for this course?This course equips students with the knowledge to understand the Covid pandemic in all dimensions: better understanding the concept of “model”, manipulating the data, acting in autonomy, exercising their critical thinking and countering fake news.

Are 4EU+ courses “normal” ones?4EU+ courses are recognized by the six contributing partner universities as “normal” curricula, distributing the respectful ECTS points attributed to each course.

What is the language of the course?The language utilized throughout the course, exercises and exams is English.

How much time investment is there to allocate?It depends on your progress; a minimum of 60 study hours will be required.

What is the maximum number of students per semester?Two hundred

Are there group exercises and collaborative assignments to undertake during the course?There are exercises and research projects, a defence will be required at the end of the course for your research project.

What is the level of English that I must have to be able to follow the course?A B2 level in English is advised.

Do I have to provide a certificate of English language to get accepted?No, although a B2 level in English is advised.

What is a learning agreement?A 4EU+ learning agreement is a document signed by the emitting university, the host university and the person involved permitting the transfer of ECTS credits and other valuable resources from one institution to another. It permits us to recognise your participation and attribute to you the corresponding ECTS credits upon course completion.

What is a transcript of records?A transcript of records can be for example the number of times that someone has attended the course in the duration of a semester or the grades at the exams that prove that the person has rightfully finished the course and is entitled to ECTS.

Who should I ask in my faculty to be able to get enrolled and follow the course?You will have to coordinate your inscription with your faculty administrative offices and probably one of the professors of your home university that is involved in the learning process of the course.
